An old octagonal fountain on the main square in the town center of Avenches.

EN: This fountains stands on the main square in the town center of Avenches in front of the church.
It has an actaonal stone basin with iron reinforcements. In the center there are two faucets and above them a round column with a urn atop, made of a different stone than the basin.
FR: Cette fontaine se dresse sur la place principale du centre-ville d'Avenches en face de l'église.
Il a un bassin en pierre octogonal avec des renforts de fer. Au centre il y a deux robinets et au-dessus d'eux une colonne ronde avec une urne au sommet, faite d'une pierre différente de celle du bassin.
