Taken from the (

St. Paul's Mission Church is located on Route 724 between Birdsboro and Douglassville. It was the only Catholic mission in that area until St. Aloyisius opened in Pottstown. It may have been in use from 1838 to 1858 or so. The church still stands; many of the headstones are illegible, but some are still in good shape.
In 2002, this Roman Catholic church was scheduled to be restored per this article (
visit link) , but apparently plans fell through. The church is in terrible shape on the outside. The grass in the graveyard has been cut but there really aren't any other signs that any care has been taken here.
This church no longer has services and belongs to the Immaculate Conception Church in Douglassville, PA.
