I don't know who Frank Stiles is but I am willing to guess that he was a member of the Amity Lions in Berks County. His bench rests in the Sensory Garden on the Daniel Boone Homestead. This garden was set up so the disabled could enjoy a nature trail and I had used it several times in the past with my daughter who is blind. The garden is currently in bad shape, very overgrown as witnessed in the picture, but I have contacted the Amity Lions president and have been assured that it will be cleaned up.
