Just to the east of Old Northern Road, at Wisemans Ferry is the new Cenotaph that was erected for the 100 year anniversary of Gallipoli and ANZACs.

This is a nicely landscaped Cenotaph, centred on a sandstone memorial, which has an obelisk on top of a square sandstone base. On the western side is an alcove with a half-life-sized statue of an ANZAC solder, at 'Parade Rest' with what appears to be an Enfield rifle. Beneath the Soldier/statue's feet is a short and broad grey marble tablet inset to the sandstone base. It reads:

This memorial was unveiled on 25th April 2015
	   by Mrs Dyras Thompson
  To commemorate the "Centenary of ANZAC"

On the base of the eastern side of the monument is a tall black marble tablet, with the following inscription, which includes "The Ode":

On the northern side of the memorial is another tall black marble tablet, which is for those who served in World War One [with an 'adit' for a couple of locals went to Afghanistan.]
