This Cannon was built at the Washington Ship Yard in 1875. It is a 3 inch Naval Gun and it was reworked in 1893. It is #1 in its series. In 1922, then Mayor George S. Brydia was able to have this cannon brought to Prophetstown. It was completely restored in 2004.
