The building is a half block N. of Main St. on Guinn...looks like a back alley.
Researching, I can find nothing on Patkins.
It seems the Rhema Ministries - Men's Substance Abuse Shelter use to be here. The cross, in lights, is still on the front of the building, but no name on the door, and Yelp says it is permanently closed.
Chamber of Commerce says it moved to a new address.
Either way, seedier side of town, and no information on this historical looking old building.
