This is a stately three story building constructed of stone block. It was originally meant to be the state headquarters of the Masons. The two upper floors appear to be vacant at this time, but were once the meeting rooms for the local Masonic lodge. The windows are set in doubles, each with a three-pane fixed transom. The five upper bays are separated by stone pilasters.
The ground floor has five arched openings, three of which are door openings, and the other two windows. Above the first floor is a double set of cornices, and at the roof line, a larger overhanging cornice and flat roof.
The black marble cornerstone is set four feet high on the east side of the facade and reads:
