As part of a new set-up concept of the Hamburg Fire Department, with all kinds of technical assistance such as oil traces, door openings, traffic accidents with trapped persons to civil engineering accidents and building collapse can be processed, were a total of 4 GW-Rüst 2 as a replacement for the old Rüstwagen RW 1 of the professional fire department procured.
