A sunken basin with square corners sets in front of Preston Hall. At the end of the basin is a metal grouping of long triangular pieces. From a distance they resemble a flower. Water comes from the ends of some of the tubes (are the others clogged up? Should all of the be releasing water?)
The metal has some mold or fungus growing on it.
