This beautiful white marble monument is in excellent condition, although it is missing whatever decoration was once at its apex, and the urn protected by the cap has been broken and repaired. The Woodmen Circle emblem is on the reverse, and the family name, "McCauley", is on the plinth. The inscription reads:

Birdie May
Wife of
C.T. McCauley

Born Mar. 30, 1881,
Died Oct. 29, 1900.

'Tis hard to break the tender cord,
When love has bound the heart.
Was the inscription legible?: Yes
