La richesse patrimoniale de Furmeyer est son église.
L'église paroissiale est maintenant sous le vocable de Saint Grégoire le Thaumaturge. (le faiseur de miracles). L'église actuelle fut rebâtie sur les ruines d'un ancien édifice au XVIIème siècle après son déplacement depuis l'ancien village.
Son retable de la Nativité est classé "mobilier protégé" par les monuments historiques.
Ce bas relief en plâtre polychrome est modelé sur âme bois. Il représente la nativité. En 1994 ce retable a été restauré sous le contrôle des architectes nationaux après une énorme tempête qui a emporté le toit de l'église et ceux de plusieurs maisons du village. Ces travaux de peinture ont été effectués à l'ancienne avec la terre de Roussillon, du lait de chaux et des teintures naturelles à base de fleurs.

The parish church is now under the patronage of Saint Gregory the Thaumaturge. (the miracle worker) The current church was rebuilt on the ruins of an old building in the 17th century after moving from the old village.
His altarpiece of the Nativity is classified "protected furniture" by the historical monuments.
This low relief polychrome plaster is modeled on wood soul. He represents the nativity. In 1994 this altarpiece was restored under the control of the national architects after a huge storm that took the roof of the church and those of several houses in the village. These painting works were done in the old fashioned way with Roussillon soil, whitewash and natural dyes made from flowers.
