Between the Wooli Bowling & Recreation Club building, and the Lawn Bowling grass rink is the Nautical Flag Pole.

Just the Australian flag was flying the day was there. It is a quite tall, but otherwise standard Nautical Flag Pole. Being located between the Wooli River, and the Ocean (Tasman Sea/Pacific Ocean), on a fairly narrow isthmus of sand, and with the Marine Rescue station 'just down the road', it is no wonder that there is such a flag pole here.

I am sure that the Bowling & Recreation Club would fly the appropriate flags come ANZAC, and Remembrances Days.
