This is a beautifully landscaped area next to the Franklin Co. Chamber of Commerce. It honors Pam Ledford. A red brick sidewalk leads from the parking lot to the circular path inside the garden. Evergreens are on one side, and bushes on the other. At the time of my visit, some days were below freezing with snow flurries, so there were no flowering plants at that time.
