This two-story, brown brick building is located at 401 Powell Avenue. The eastern facade consists of a central recessed entryway with a double glass and metal doorway. Flanking the doors are vertical block glass windows. Above the entry is an entablature with an inset stone block with the text:

Above the entablature is a bay window with three panes of glass separated by vertical mullions. Along the eastern facade, there are eight blue blocks, four on each side, with various symbols of Masonry. There are two cornerstones on the front of the building. On the left reads:
