This is a rather large, stand alone building, considering that the main office is in Newcastle, and another regional one is in Taree, 80 km south. As the crews work locally I suppose they need back up transmission services when they are collecting local stories.
It is a modern designed building, with a curving roof line behind a boxy front office. I think there is access to the back for vehicle parking.
