This set of benches is located right by a two standard-sized soccer fields (and several smaller fields) within Meyer Park in Spring (Northwest Houston), Texas.

They are dedicated to Sean William McGowan, and avid soccer fanatic who used to play and referee here but who met an untimely death due to a drug overdose right after Thanksgiving 2011: (visit link)
