"Pierre Brunehaut (or Brunehault) also called Pierre Celtique is a megalith dating from the recent Neolithic, located at the crossroads of" Six Paths "in Hollain, an entity in the town of Brunehaut, near the Bavay-Tournai Roman road.

This sandstone menhir from Grandglise is the largest built megalith in Belgium and weighs 23 tons. It dominates largely this landscape of plain of its 4.25 m. Counting the part under the surface of the ground, it measures 6 m high for a width of 3 m. Surrounded by four poplars of Italy, the site is easily identifiable of the surroundings. The stone is oriented north-south. It is classified since March 15, 1934. "

"La Pierre Brunehaut (ou Brunehault) appelé aussi Pierre Celtique est un mégalithe datant du Néolithique récent, situé à la croisée des « Six Chemins » à Hollain, une entité de la commune de Brunehaut, non loin de la chaussée romaine Bavay-Tournai.

Ce menhir en grès de Grandglise est le plus grand mégalithe dressé de Belgique et pèserait 23 tonnes. Il domine largement ce paysage de plaine de ses 4,25 m. En comptant la partie sous la surface du sol, il mesure 6 m de haut pour une largeur de 3 m. Entouré de quatre peupliers d'Italie, le site est facilement repérable des alentours. La pierre est orientée nord-sud. Elle est classée depuis le 15 mars 1934."

Its dimensions are impressive: 4.20 m height above ground on the north side and 3.50 m on the south side, but more than 6 m according to an old drawing; 2.90 m to 3.20 m wide depending on the location and 60 cm maximum thickness. It does not weigh 25 tons.
