This is a World War 1 era German 10.5 cm leFH field howitzer, located at the Legion Hill section, of the Memorial Park Cemetery, next to Washington Street, on the east side of Indianapolis, IN.

There are 2 larger guns and 2 mortars, located in the Legion Hill section.

The 10.5 cm leichte Feldhaubitze 16 was introduced in 1916 as a successor to 10.5 cm Feldhaubitze 98/09, featuring a longer barrel and hence longer range. It had the same carriage as the 7.7 cm FK 16. and remained in service until early in the Second World War.
