NDOT '1060004 2008' Control Monument - Mina, NV - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I recovered this Nevada State Department of Transportation control monument from 2008 in good condition. This disk is listed on the Nevada DOT website but is not listed on the Geocaching NGS database. The datasheet description for this station reads as follows:

A FOUND 0.17‘ DIAMETER NDOT FENO BRASS CAP, FLUSH ON THE TOP OF A RED POLYROC BLOCK, EXTENDING 0.2‘ OUT OF THE GROUND, STAMPED "1060004A 2008". AN ORANGE CARSONITE POST 3‘ EAST IN WITNESS. STATION IS LOCATED AT US-95 MP MI 15.68, 68‘ +/- RIGHT (EAST) OF THE CENTERLINE OF US-95, 6‘ WEST OF THE FENCE FOR THE NDOT MAINTENANCE STATION AT MINA AND 50‘ NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE PAVED ENTRANCE TO THE NDOT MAINTENANCE STATION AT MINA.^
