This benchmark is located at the top of the municipal water tank at the intersection of E. Benton and N. 7th Streets at the southwest corner of Fullerton Park.

The tank is painted white with a conical top. It stands on four steel legs, and has the name Landmark Bank, and a picture of the high school mascot, the Davis Wolf. It was erected in 1954 and stands 105 ft. high.
