Cette dernière montre un fond orné du profil d’un homme barbu en relief et abrite une statuette de Vierge à l’enfant. La muraille intègre des dalles en tuffeau portant des inscriptions ainsi qu’une fenêtre à offrandes à claire-voie. La façade nord présente un soubassement en appareil de grès plus élevé et trois baies identiques et de même disposition qu’en façade principale. On y aperçoit un bloc de tuffeau portant la date de 1673. Soulignée par une frise de briques dentées, la toiture en bâtière d’ardoises est à croupes sur l’abside, à croupette du côté mitoyen et enfin, surmontée d’un clocheton. L’intérieur est couvert d’un plafond de 1930.
