FR Situés au pied du Fort de Dormillouse, le lac du Milieu, à 2 053 m fait partie des plus beaux lacs de la basse Ubaye avec les rivages bordés de mélèzes.
On ne le voit bien sûr que l'été car, l'hivers, il est sous la neige et renaît chaque printemps de la fonte des neiges.
Le Lac du Milieu se vide peu à peu pour alimenter le court d'eau du ravin de la cabane qui coule vers Lauzet Ubaye.
EN Located at the foot of the Fort of Dormillouse, the lake of Midieu, at 2,053 m is one of the most beautiful lakes of the lower Ubaye with shores bordered with larches.
Of course we only see it in the summer, because in the winter it is under the snow and is reborn every spring from the melting snow.
Lake Middle is emptying little by little to feed the watercourse of the ravine of the cabin which flows towards Lauzet Ubaye.
