Earls Motor Court - Route 66 (Westbound) - Winslow, Arizona, USA.

Earls Motor Court - A typical classic style Route 66 Motor Court, reminiscent of the type built all along the Mother road, in the 1940s/50s.

Many closed & were bulldozed, but Earl's slice of Americana has survived due to the resurgence of Historic Route 66, due to International Trippers, cruisin' the Mother Road & perhaps the Eagles.

The Marble Motel, shown in the postcard below from 1958 was built in the 1940s and remodeled in 1952. Nowadays it is the Earl's Motor Court.
