Avec ses parents en cuisine et ses frères en salle, Johana a fait de ce fish & chips une véritable histoire de famille. Une salle tout en longueur avec tables de cafèteria et grandes ardoises affichant le menu. Sur lequel le dos de merlu (ou de cabillaud) trône en star, servi frit, tout doré et tout fondant, accompagné de frites crousti-moelleuses à tremper dans la sauce tartare maison, et d’onctueux mushy peas – purée de petits pois à la menthe.

On which the back of hake (or cod) sits in star, served fried, all gilded and melting, accompanied by crust-soft fries to dip in the homemade tartar sauce, and unctuous mushy peas - mashed peas to Mint.
