A clock is attached to each side of the Alexander church tower.

The clock is an open black round ring with golden roman numerals.
12 Gold stars are attached between the roman numerals.
The two hands are also of gold. The big hand has a moon and the small hand has a star at the end.

The Alexander Church is also a German Monument and build in 1493.
German Monument Register reads:

-Original late Gothic basilica.
Before 1493 - presumably after 1514, probably master builder Philipp von Gemünd.
1755/56 New construction of the tower, architect Christian L. Hautt.
1945 Destruction of the entire complex.
1953-55 simplified reconstruction
