The plant is about 600 hectares of which 120 are where sugarcane is grown alternating with cattle breeding.
However, the distillery is no longer active since 2003, it is the "La Mauny" distillery in Rivière-Pilote that manages the brand.
A windmill would have been built on the Trois-Rivières site. Trois-Rivières Agricultural Rum is offered in 50 °, 55 ° and 62 °. These rums are of Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (A.O.C.).
Habitation Trois-Rivières, also known as Habitation Grand Céron, was the property of Nicolas Fouquet (1615-1680), the Superintendent of Finances of the Kingdom and a protege of Mazarin.
Before his disgrace and his imprisonment under the command of Louis XIV, Nicolas Fouquet had built a sugar factory there with a distillery of which remains remains of the days.
It was during the 19th century that the Céron farm was transferred to the present estate. The visitor has the choice between a simple visit which is free or a guided tour accompanied by a tasting that pays off.
It can also make purchases in the store and buy derivative products (boxes of glasses, rum casks Trois-Rivières, etc ...) of the brand Trois-Rivières.

C’est au cours du 19ème siècle que l’exploitation Céron fut transférée sur le domaine actuel. Le visiteur a le choix entre une visite simple qui est gratuite ou une visite guidée accompagnée d'une dégustation qui est payante.
Il peut également faire des achats dans la boutique et acheter des articles dérivés (coffrets de verres, coffrets de rhum Trois-Rivières, etc…) de la marque Trois-Rivières.
