This is the strangest set up I have seen. The pump is set on top of an old Ford 24 inch wheel rim. The water pipe goes right through the rim. I don't know if this is for vibrations or what. Maybe to keep it level and not allow the gravel to wash away and cause stress.
I got out and pumped a glass full of water...cool and clean.
The name of the manufacturer was unreadable due to the many coats of paint on the pump.
