This building is rather nondescript, but it is clearly a residential building. It lies in central Shanghai, near the colonial era district of the Bund. One suspects in days gone by it was a residence for the not quiet so wealthy residents of the city. Showing signs of age, but still in use. The date is high above the main entrance, with a little filigree.
