The Storck Family mausoleum is located in the historic Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Three of the family members in this mausoleum died of yellow fever in 1888.

This mausoleum is the final resting place for seven members of the Storck Family.

The inscription on the center of the mausoleum reads:

George Henri Storck
1872 - 1943

His Wife
Emily Louise Jordan
1871 - 1945

There are two granite panels extending on either side of mausoleum with inscriptions for the five remaining family members in the mausoleum.

The left panel reads:
