At the Karuah Cenotaph, beside the Karuah River, are Memorials for WW1, WW2 the Malayan Campaign, and Vietnam, and Korea and Indonesian Confrontations.

The first placed Memorial is the central grey marble block, with the white recumbent lion on top (December, 1918). The gilded inscription on the grey marble base of the block reads:

	     "Erected by
 Residents of Karuah and their Friends
in Honour of the Brave Men who Answered
their Country's call and Fought in the
    World's Great War. 1914 - 1918"

On the right-hand side (southern face), below the lion's head, is the following gilded inscription:

      This

   unveiled by
 Mrs W Longworth
on 21st Dec.1918

While on the reverse side is the 'non-alphabetical' Roll of Honour, with those who gave their lives, given an asterisk:

On the right-hand side (highway side) is the World War Two, polished pink granite slab memorial, that has the following gilded inscription:

    [Australian Imperial Forces crest]

  Those who served and paid the Supreme
      Sacrifice during World War II
		1939 - 1945
	 	 ---------
Erected to commemorate the 50th Anniversary
	    of the end of WWII
	     15th August 1945
* On the front of the base is a small metal plaque for the placement of the WW2 Memorial. It reads:
"This plaque is in memory of all who served in World War II

Unveiled by Jan Horne, 15.8.1955"

On the left-hand side of the WW1 grey marble slab, is the pink granite, rectangular prism block, with a pyramid top, and an 'Australian Imperial Forces' crest on the top face - facing 'you'. Two of the vertical faces have the following inscriptions in relation to Conflicts:

Description of Memorial:
On a pink base, with concrete block wall behind, and low hedges to the sides, a recumbent lion takes the centre place, lying on a rectangular grey marble block. Either side are dark pink marble memorials, with the left-hand one a square prism, topped by a pyramid; while the right-hand one is a narrow rectangular block of pink marble.
