This sculpture is standing tall in front of the Bank of Western Oklahoma at 2805 Williams Avenue in Woodward.

The figures are mounted atop a large pile of rocks, with a retaining wall which reads "Binding Contract". The sculpture depicts two cowboys on horseback, dressed in the traditional cowboy garb and Stetson hats. Between them is a rail fence. They are reaching out across the fence and shaking hands, signifying a binding agreement the two have made, back when a man's handshake and word was legally binding.

This is a great sculpture and says so much. The artist is Bradford J. Williams who specializes in Western sculptures, some with comical emphasis, and many with a statement. (visit link) This life-sized bronze sculpture is 11 ft. tall and wide, and 14 ft. deep
