This walking pool is open for everyone 24/365 and after you got used to this special "curative" cold water treatment you will enjoy it also. Only a few minutes are required for the walk, but, you have to bring your own towel to dry your feet and arm.

In Niederwerrn gibt es zwei Kneipp-Anlagen, eine in Niederwerrn (Jahnstraße) und diese hier im Ortsteil Oberwerrn - In einer Parkanlage am Radweg von Oberwerrn nach Niederwerrn.
Das Fußbecken gibt es schon mehrere Jahre und ob des großen Erfolges wurde sodann noch ein Armbecken installiert.

There a two Kneipp Walk Pools Facilities in the city of Niederwerrn: one in the city (Jahn-street) and this one in the quarter Oberwerrn - in the municipal park near the bicycle path from Oberwerrn to Niederwerrn.
This is a small spa area only. (
visit link) There is one pool with naturally cold water and a railing in the middle of the pool. You do not swimm in the pool, but, walk from one side of the pool to the other (while holding to the railing to avoid falling into the cold water). For the walk it is important to have always only one foot inside the water and the other food above the water. At the beginning it will be a shock of cold water, but, later on, this special "curative" water treatment helps your blood circulation. This will not only heal up several illnessess but you will enjoy the water walk - even in cold water.
The walking pool has been there for several years already - later on a basin for the arm was added.
The information board gives instructions on how to best use the pools.
