The broad two-lane reinforced concrete Arched Bridge is supported by four "broad 'V'-shaped" concrete pylons, with two of those in the Williams River. There are four tapered and deep reinforced concrete longitudinal box beams that support the deck spans between each of the legs of the 'V' pylons.

With earthen embankments at either end, and shorter in elevation pylon supports on the 'land' sections, and higher elevation of the pylons in Williams River, the concrete bridge has a slight, but pronounced Arch formation.
