Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears S01.4°E from T15S R10E S18 17 20 19 COR, 3984' distant.
Type of survey mark: driven length of 5/8" rebar; rising 2" in a collar of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The sixteenth corner bears E, 36'1" distant [tape measurement] from a N-S barbed wire fence. Terminating at this wire fence is a line of T-posts, without wire, which extends to the E. The sixteenth corner bears N, 8" from the line of T-posts. In this vicinity, the barbed wire fence appears to be incorrectly located. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a U-post which bears N, 35" distant. In addition, there is a wood lath witness stake. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
