This is a former bank building, and unfortunately, like many buildings in the area, it has sat for a long time, abandoned, but not necessarily neglected. It is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Drexel and Charlevoix.

In the movie, Sue and Trey are walking up Drexel towards Charlevoix. As they turn the corner, they are accosted by three guys who give them both a hard time, rejecting Trey's attempts to be friendly and trying to put the moves on Sue, who sasses them. While this is going on, Walt pulls up to the stop sign across Charlevoix, sees the commotion, and stops his truck. He sends Trey on his way, admonishing him for trying to act like the three bad guys, and when they resist allowing Sue to get into Walt's truck, Walt breaks up the party by pulling a pistol, telling the baddies to "Take care, now."
