This zinc monument has the typical floral detail throughout, and while there are inscriptions on the front, three sides of the plinth have empty banners that left room for more. The front of the monument features a set of clasped hands, suggesting a good marriage, and this inscription:

Adam J.
Weaver,

Born
Mar. 9, 1858

Died
Apr. 7, 1886

On the plinth is an epitaph:

We only know that thou hast gone,
and that the same relentless tide
which bore thee from us, still glides on
and we who mourn thee with it glide.

The remaining sides show a sheaf of wheat, a funeral wreath, and a detailed wooden cross with ivy.
