Note the "W. of the W." around the perimeter of the older Woodmen emblem. Noting the peace dove, the fallen log, the tools, and "Dum tacet clamat", it's pretty clear this isn't some other "W. of the W." organization. Given the death date of 1899, this one may have been placed later, as it doesn't resemble other Woodmen of that time period, which were typically split log monuments. On the plinth is the family name, "Linton", and below the Woodmen emblem is:
