With the same logo as a few other maps along the Great Alpine Road, this sign also has a small map outlining the Great Alpine Road, and where You Are along it: not too far out of Omeo, and east of Mt Hotham and Dinner Plain in the Victorian Alps. It is just a short dirt track up from the Great Alpine Road, to the Mt Kosciusko Lookout.
The sign also has information on how to drive safely, as there can be ice on the road at 'any time' of the year.
