Dogs at Play - Wollongong, NSW - Murals on Waymarking.com

One of the largest street art festivals in Australia, this ‘Wonderwalls’, ran from 2 to 4 October 2015. The mural was part of the Wonderwalls Festival & was painted by duo BMD of New Zealand. An interview by Desktop (visit link) at the time said of the duo "Andrew and Damin may be tight-lipped about the story behind the name BMD (or about their surnames, for that matter) but their work is anything but a secret. From the streets of their home in Wellington, to the walls of Tijuana, Mexico, BMD has left its mark; a mark that is usually as large as the building its on."

The mural is on display near the loading dock for Anaconda. Apart from the tall dog there is the head of a dog which is made up of many smaller dog heads with basket balls for eyes.
