Adjacent to and indistinguishable from the Weimar Odd Fellows Cemetery. Also next to Paradise Gardens Cemetery but a fence separates them for easier identification.

The cemetery was created on February 28, 1877, when Daniel W. Jackson deeded two acres "for Burial & Graveyard purposes" to the local Masonic chapter. On March 20, 1916, John B. and Barbara Mazoch deeded an additional 1.78 acres to the cemetery.
On March 15, 1956, the Weimar Cemetery Association, an organization "dedicated to the purpose of maintaining the Weimar Masonic Cemetery and the I. O. O. F. Cemetery at Weimar, Texas" was formed.
