Moores Building was constructed in 1895 in the Victorian Academic style from limestone rubble and cement render applied to the exterior, the two storey stucco frontage features an asymmetrical angular pediment over the northern entrance and arched sash windows.
The ground floor is now occupied by a cafe, stationers and a clothing store.
