Rib Crib is an Oklahoma-based restaurant with over sixty locations (as of this posting) across multiple states. They are open daily from 10 AM to 11 PM.

Given the name, one should expect their signature dish to be ribs, and they offer both baby backs and St. Louis-style. Pick your sauce from their regular rub, Sweet and Sticky Oklahoma-style, Citrus Chipotle, Rib Cribbean (think Caribbean spices), Asian Fusion (Asian spices), and Spicy Carolina (a vinegar and mustard sauce which is going to be an oddball for many in this part of the country). If ribs aren't your thing, you've got other options, like chicken-fried steak, fried catfish or shrimp, or other barbecue meats like sausage, hot links, brisket, chicken breast, pulled pork, turkey, and even bologna. They also offer sandwiches and burgers, as well as salads and baked potatoes, and there are some family pack offerings, too, along with a nice collection of sides to complement your meal. Soft drinks are available.

There's a special parking space just for To-Go orders, and a few places to sit inside if you'd just like to order at the counter and wait. You're probably not going to find any place to charge your gadgets.
