The building is located at 342 Elizabeth Street, next to the Masonic Lodge building, and near the intersection with S Capitol Street.
The building is a brick face structure, two stories tall. There are four doors and three windows on the first floor. The three windows on the first floor are arched, and the center one has a keystone with the year 1889 etched in it.
One of the windows has a sign for an attorney.
