The Plaque reads:

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee
H.M. Queen Elizabeth II
1952 - 2012
A piece of carved limestone, shaped into a bench. The seat and backrest have a wood covering.
It is situated on the corner of Coronation Close / Coronation Drive, Charlton (Donhead St Mary). Presumably the housing estate was constructed around the time of the coronation in 1952.
