The cement rendered brick Parish Hall originally had a slate roof that was later replaced with cement tiles was constructed between the 1870's and 1902.
The Parish Hall has been associated with groups such as the Cosmopolitan Masonic Lodge Queenscliff (over 50 years), Grammar School (1882-1902), Literary Association 1883 and the Queenscliffe Borough Council Chambers 1899,
