The memorial is made of granite. In the front is a pillar with an eagle on top. The front of the pillar is inscribed with: "Beaumont Veterans Memorial In honor of the men and women of the Armed Forces of the United States of America who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country, and for those who served in uniform yesterday, today and tomorrow. God bless America. Dedicated This Day November 11, 2002."

On the ground is a marker that reads: "On this hollowed ground keep us steadfast in the cause of human rights and liberities, of law and order and true Americanism."

In the back are front granite pieces with the names of veterans and their branch of the Armed Forces.
