To see this very very very hidden Mickey, you must go to the Polynesian Resort. Go up to the same level as the Monorail Station. Head over to Kona Island cafe kiosk (see photo), next to Kona Cafe. Go between this kiosk and the window facing the monorail. The second wooden beam will have three nails, parallel with the Monorail track about eye level outside the window. Ask a cast member for help as I did and was shown exactly where to look.
