155 acre Binder Lake is near Jefferson City MO. It offers a variety of cover and structure to fish for Bass, crappie and more. You can run gas motors but it is a no wake lake.

"Binder Lake (150 acres) is situated on Dickerson Creek in the Ozark border region of Missouri on 710 acres of Jefferson City parkland. The park (managed by Jefferson City Parks and Recreation; 573-634-6482) contains numerous amenities including an RV campground, pavilions with picnic tables and barbecue grills, hiking trails, and public restrooms. The restrooms are open approximately April to November. The lake (managed by the Missouri Department of Conservation) has a concrete boat ramp, a disabled-accessible fishing dock and jetty, and two courtesy docks to assist boaters. Largemouth bass fishing should be better in 2017 than it was in 2016. Electrofishing samples in 2016 caught 163 bass per hour over 8" compared to 95 bass per hour in 2015 . Forty-eight percent of the bass in the 2016 sample were over 12 inches long, but only seven percent of the bass sampled in 2016 were large enough to keep (15” and longer). Bluegill fishing should be better in 2017. Electrofishing samples in 2016 caught 193 bluegill per hour compared to 98 bluegill per hour in 2015. The statewide goal for small impoundments is 80 bluegill per hour. Fishing for channel catfish should still be good with sizes ranging from 15 to 26 inches. The Department of Conservation stocked 3,000 channel catfish in Binder Lake in October 2016." (visit link)
