The church was constructed in 1908 to replace a small, delapidated building.following the influx of welsh miners seeking their fortune on the goldfields. Later when the miners moved away the church was used for other purposes, the local scout hall and persently as a private residence
The church was designed in a simple Norman style. The gable roof was originally of Marseille tile, but is now corrugated iron with narrow eaves on the sides and gable. The outside of the building has simple buttresses, the windows and the tower door have concrete lintels with semicircular heads. The tower has tapering corner buttresses and a crenellated top.
Year of construction: 1908
