EN: This wooden cross stands next to a hiking trail towards Birgisch above Naters. It is just over one and a half meters high and has a small black Jesus figure and a wooden canopy. On the side arms is engraved "19L H51". However, the dating can only refer to a predecessing structure. The wood of today's cross is definitely less than ten years old.
DE: Dieses hölzerne Wegkreuz steht an einem Wanderweg in Richtung Birgisch oberhalb von Naters. Es ist nur etwas über eineinhalb Meter hoch und hat eine kleine schwarze Jesusfigur und ein Schutzdach aus Holz. An den Seitenarmen ist "19L H51" eingraviert. Die Datierung kann sich aber nur auf einen Vorgänger beziehen. Das Holz des heutigen Kreuzes ist eindeutig noch keine zehn Jahre alt.
